Construction has now commenced! Topsoil has been stripped, and works are underway to move the earth in line with proposed levels. If required, clean fill material (soil) will be added to the site to raise the level of the stage or excess material removed to create your lot.
With earthworks now effectively complete, works have commenced to install services, with drainage, sewer, water, electrical, gas, and telecommunications (internet) all going in over the coming months.
Road works have begun, along with the construction of the footpath. Once these works are complete, final grading will occur on your lots, along with finishing touches such as streetlights and road signs.
Construction works are now complete on site, and the practical completion inspection has taken place. Authority inspections and approvals are being conducted to ensure the subdivision is delivered in line with the approved design plans, to obtain Statement of Compliance. We will notify you as soon as access is available for valuation.
Statement of Compliance has now been achieved and access for valuation is available for your home site. Preparations have begun for lodging titles with the Land Titles Office.
Titles have now been lodged and are currently with the Land Titles Office awaiting registration. Once registered, settlements are required within 10 business days thereafter, however purchasers can bring forward settlement earlier than the 10 days if they wish.
Titles have now been registered, and following settlement, the land is yours and ready for you to build your dream home on!
